Published six times annually, this four-color magazine reports new developments in a wide range of topics of interest to people with epilepsy and those who provide services to them.

How can I subscribe?
Only $15 per year! Subscribe online or call (866) 330-2718. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive your first issue. In the meantime, feel free to read the latest edition online.

Can I send a letter to the editor?
Yes. Letters must be signed and include your street address and daytime telephone number. Please note letters that are published may be edited for conciseness due to space limitations. While we cannot publish every letter received, we read all letters and value the views of all who take time to share their comments. Address your letter to:

Merchandise Orders

We are proud to offer you an assortment of books, videos, pamphlets, and medical aids designed to increase your understanding of epilepsy, as well as specialty items and gifts. Shop online.

What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

When are orders processed?
Orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern Time each business day are processed and sent to our fulfillment provider for packing and shipping. Orders received after 2 p.m. ET are processed the next business day.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days from the time of the order.

Can I request a rush order?
Yes. Rush orders must be received before noon ET during business days and additional fees apply. Rush orders received after noon ET are processed the next business day.

Can I buy merchandise with a purchase order?
Yes. Purchase orders must include your mailing address, telephone number, contact person and purchase order number along with an authorized signature, details on the item(s) you wish to purchase and a PO number. We also accept purchase orders on your company letterhead. Please allow an additional 48 hours for processing. The invoice will be mailed to you under separate cover and is due within 30 days of receipt. Fax your purchase order to (566) 879-7059, or mail to:

Can I buy merchandise and local affiliate membership with a purchase order?
No. Only merchandise may be purchased with a purchase order. Membership dues for local affiliates can only be accepted via credit card or a check.

Can I buy merchandise and make a donation with a purchase order?
No. Only merchandise may be purchased with a purchase order. Donate online via credit card or mail a check to:

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
No worries. We will automatically place an out-of-stock item on back order and ship the rest of your order immediately. If the back ordered item is not available within 30 days, you have the option to cancel your order for a full refund or keep the item on back order until it is available.
